Gorenje has recently set up its UK Facebook page, giving visitors the opportunity to interact with the brand on a much more personal level. This adds to the existing Gorenje UK Twitter account, which has allowed the brand to provide one on one answers to consumer questions, and respond to feedback.

These two platforms are highly advantageous to the consumer as they provide other methods for interaction with the Gorenje brand, alongside the company’s detailed, interesting and extensive website. They give Gorenje a much more rounded online offering, and are superb tools for developing brand awareness.
