Hotpoint has launched a new built-in oven that features three dedicated steam cooking programmes, which is perfect for those who are keen to take full advantage of the benefits of cooking with steam.
The multifunctional Hotpoint Steam built-in single oven (FA4S 544 IX H) is designed to assist with the cooking of healthy meals with its three dedicated steam programmes. The meat, fish and bread programmes make cooking with steam both effective and effortless.
When cold, simply pour 250 millilitres of tap water into the circular dip in the bottom of the oven and place your dish on either of the oven shelves. The three steam programmes closely manage the cooking process, to ensure the very best results. Steam recipes are summarised on the inside of the oven door, which clearly outline which steam programme, oven temperature, cooking time and shelf positioning best suits your dish. The recipes are for a variety of meat, fish and bread dishes, making cooking with steam much easier.

Multiflow technology also ensures the very best cooking results by creating an enveloping heat flow, at each shelf level, for optimal heat distribution throughout the oven. Heat is pushed into every inch of the oven, eliminating any hot or cold spots and avoiding both burnt edges and raw middles.
