InSinkErator® displayed and demonstrated a range of its products at Grand Designs Live, Birmingham, as part of its ongoing effort to educate consumers on the numerous benefits associated with owning a food waste disposer or specialist kitchen tap.
From 9th – 13th October 2019, together with kitchen and bathroom specialist retailer, Junction 2, InSinkErator® showcased a selection of products at the Grand Kitchens and Bathrooms exhibitor zone. The displays included its range of 4N1 Touch taps and the GHI approved M Series 66 and Evolution 250 food waste disposers.
An InSinkErator® food waste disposer allows food waste to be dealt with instantly, hygienically and in a sustainable manner, with the further benefits of saving space and improving cleanliness in the kitchen. Vegetable peelings were used during product demonstrations, while the InSinkErator® sales team explained what happens to the food waste after it has been flushed down the drain.
InSinkErator® specialist kitchen taps eliminate the time lost waiting for the kettle to boil, while the availability of steaming hot water on demand contributes to countless other kitchen tasks and reduces water waste in the home. Making hot drinks instantly was just one of the numerous convenient benefits demonstrated at Grand Designs Live. Visitors were also able to see the different shapes and finishes of the 4N1 Touch combination tap, as well as the compact InSinkErator® hot water tank, the NeoTank®, that sits neatly under the sink without taking up too much valuable cupboard space.
Anne Kaarlela, Marketing Communications Manager, Europe and Russia InSinkErator®, says: “Food waste disposers and specialist kitchen taps make a huge difference to consumer’s lives, however they are often under the radar for some consumers. There is huge scope for us to educate consumers on the benefits of owning an InSinkErator® food waste disposer or combination tap. By demonstrating at Grand Designs Live, we were able to show how easy-to-use, safe and quiet a food waste disposer is alongside the convenience of having readily available steaming hot water in the home.
“The exhibition gave us the opportunity to talk to, and to educate the visitors on the advantages of the InSinkErator® brand. This will drive awareness and footfall of our Showroom Collection to kitchen specialist retailers.”
