InSinkErator Launches Brand New Top-Of-The-Range Food Waste Disposer

InSinkErator®, the global leader, inventor and manufacturer of food waste disposers, introduces a brand new premium food waste disposer, the Evolution 250, as part of their exclusive Showroom Collection.

The new InSinkErator® Evolution 250 food waste disposer features a deluxe polished chrome stopper cover and new style trim shell, as well as being supported with an unrivalled eight year parts and labour guarantee. An innovative three-stage, bladeless system of grind rings dispatches food waste in seconds, before it is simply rinsed away safely down the sink. The versatile Evolution 250 food waste disposer is perfect for today’s new kitchen designs, as well as easily retrofitting into an existing sink. The food waste disposer comes with detailed installation instructions, a sink mounting assembly kit and the connection to the kitchen waste pipe. Installation videos are also available on the InSinkErator® website.

With an increasing amount of food waste generated in the home, and the difficulty for many to dispose of it, an InSinkErator® food waste disposer is a discreet asset to any home. According to WRAP seven million tonnes of food and drink are wasted every year in the UK1, amounting to approximately 20 per cent of all household waste, resulting in a huge strain on landfill sites.

With the growing inconvenience of recycling, and the difficulty for many households to compost, an easy and economical alternative to managing the problem of increasing landfill waste is needed. InSinkErator® is an active campaigner in encouraging the disposal of food waste sustainably, and advises composting wherever possible. However, where this option is not possible, then an InSinkErator® food waste disposer is the ideal alternative.

Kevin Carr, UK Sales Manager, InSinkErator®, says: “Our food waste disposers offer safe, practical and convenient benefits for the modern home, significantly reducing the amount of food waste and unpleasant smells, while increasing hygiene in the kitchen. The new InSinkErator® Evolution 250 is significantly quieter than standard models and also comes with an unrivalled eight year parts and labour guarantee for consumers’ peace of mind.”

The Showroom Collection is a selection of top-of-the-range products, which include exclusive features, finishes and additional consumer benefits. The new collection consists of the 3N1 steaming hot water tap, finished in an elite Satin Black; the 3N1, J Shape, steaming hot water tap; and the brand new Evolution 250 food waste disposer.
