KBBG Announces Kbsa Partnership

The Kitchen Bathroom Buying Group (KBBG) has revealed a brand new, unique partnership with the Kitchen Bathroom Bedroom Specialists Association (Kbsa). The announcement was made during the KBBG Annual Members’ Meeting on Monday, 10th June 2024, which took place at the National Space Centre in Leicester.

The partnership is a ground-breaking collaboration of two of the biggest bodies within the KBB industry, for the benefit of both organisations’ members. This includes an exclusive offer whereby KBBG members joining the Kbsa will receive a reduction in their Kbsa membership fee for the first 12 months and an annual bonus payment on sales made by Kbsa members through the KBBG. The Kbsa will also be encouraging is members to join the KBBG.

Bill Miller, Managing Director, KBBG, says: “I am really pleased to announce our exclusive arrangement with Kbsa. The partnership has been a long time coming as both of our associations complement each other so well. We support the front-end of business for independent KBB specialists bringing suppliers, better buying conditions, bonuses and supporting with new leads. Meanwhile, the Kbsa supports independent KBB retailers with the back-end of business and helps to increase consumer confidence when selecting a home improvement specialist.”

KBBG members had the opportunity to engage with the Kbsa as soon as the new partnership was revealed, as the Kbsa was present in the exhibition area of the KBBG Annual Members’ Meeting.

Bill adds: “The Kbsa has numerous optional benefits such as support with updating documentation, a legal advice helpline, discounts on vans and computers, consumer finance options and much more. We think our members will benefit greatly from the opportunities that the Kbsa offers, and we look forward to welcoming Kbsa members to our group too.”

Malcolm Scott, Kbsa Membership Director, comments: “Kbsa members are used to the idea of working together for mutual benefit without losing their independent identity, so the DER KREIS KBBG offer of improved margins without any loss of independence is extremely attractive to our members”.
