The much-anticipated 2010 results of the kbbreview Industry Awards were revealed in a glamorous awards ceremony, with winners taken from a selection of design and business categories across the kitchen and bathroom industry.
Organised and hosted by kbbreview magazine, the prestigious annual awards are in their 16th year and are the highest accolade the industry can bestow. They are designed to reward and acknowledge excellence in room design, product innovation and business practice within the kitchen and bathroom industry in the UK.
Held at the Hilton Metropole Hotel in Birmingham, the awards ceremony was hosted by the hilarious comedian Hugh Dennis, best known for his appearances on Mock the Week and Outnumbered, and his work with Steve Punt. The dazzling ceremony was attended by key figures from the kitchen and bathroom industry, as well as the finalists in each category. Attendees enjoyed a delicious three-course meal, and entertainment including a casino and disco.
Andrew Davies, editor kbbreview magazine and chairman of the judging, commented: “On behalf of everyone at kbbreview, I would like to congratulate all the winners! They all did incredibly well and should be proud of themselves. The awards are the ideal opportunity to celebrate all that is good in our industry – the outstanding and individual designs, and solid business practice.
“As ever, it was a stellar event and we are already looking forward to next year! I would also like to congratulate the other finalists for getting so far in the competition. They should all feel proud to have reached the finals, as all the entries were highly impressive and the judges had a very difficult task picking the winners. Best of luck to everyone for the next awards in 2011.”
