Save Energy With Indesit Appliances For Big Energy Saving Week

With energy costs continuing to rise, energy efficient appliances are more in demand than ever before. Indesit is encouraging consumers to invest in ‘eco-appliances’ to reduce their household resource consumption, a focus for this year’s Big Energy Saving Week.

Big Energy Saving Week, 21st to 27th January, is a national campaign that aims to raise awareness of how consumers can reduce their energy bills and how to make their homes more energy efficient. Consumers can save energy, and time, with the latest energy efficient appliances from Indesit.

Indesit constantly develops and enhances the technology of its appliances to ensure they are as energy efficient as possible. Dedicated eco cycles are sought by consumers on many appliances including dishwashers and laundry appliances. The ‘A+++’ energy rated Indesit Innex washing machine (BWE 101684X W UK) has five wash cycles as part of its Everyday 30° ECO selection.

What’s more, the Indesit eXtra dishwasher (DFP 27T96 Z UK) boasts an ‘A++’ energy rating and has a dedicated eco cycle to maximise resource savings. The advantageous start delay allows consumers to make the most of cheaper energy tariffs, where available and typically at night. It also benefits from a low noise output, operating at just 46 dB(A), making it suitable for running at night, without disturbing or waking the family.

Indesit has also collaborated with the Energy Saving Trust to provide retailers with messaging that will resonate with consumers in an effort to encourage them to invest in an appliance that can reduce their resource consumption.

Sara Bazeley, Brand Manager, Indesit says: “Big Energy Saving Week encourages us to be more aware of saving energy and reducing our carbon footprint. At Indesit, our research and development team is constantly looking at different ways to reduce resource consumption in our appliances, while saving time and giving the user freedom to do the things they enjoy.”
