Video training modules covering showroom sales, which were launched last year via a partnership with the Kitchen Bathroom Buying Group (KBBG) and Simon Acres Group (SAGL), have proved to be a great success with KBBG members.
The training courses are delivered in a video format and covered in clear, digestible modules that can be completed at any time, in the convenience of the learner’s own home. With the current sales boom leading so many independent kitchen and bathroom retailers to recruit additional designers and showroom sales staff, the KBB specific content is ideal for improving experienced sales staff or introducing sales to a new member of the team. The modules are designed to help kitchen and bathroom retailers maintain margins, close more sales and sell more products, and is a valuable addition to the KBBG portfolio of services for members.
