The platform, which helps consumers who are planning a kitchen renovation, presents a unique lead generation opportunity for KBBG members. Now, the process in which enquiries are delivered has been refined to ensure only qualified leads are filtered through to members.
The website has been a proven success since its launch in 2022 with over 900 kitchen sales leads generated for KBBG members to date. What’s more, the estimated value of kitchen sales generated through mykitchenspecialist.co.uk is currently £1.4 million. To help KBBG members manage the new enquiries that come through via the website, in the first instance, the consumer will now be contacted by a member of the mykitchenspecialist.co.uk team. Following this, an individual kitchen sales brief will be created and forwarded onto the consumer’s chosen retailer to be actioned. If required, the mykitchenspecialist.co.uk team will also offer regular follow-ups, on behalf of the retailer, to help secure the sale.
