AM LABELS APPOINTED A DISTRIBUTOR OF CAB PRINTERS

AM Labels Limited (AML), the labelling and bar coding specialist based in Kettering, Northamptonshire, has become a distributor of cab printers (see notes).

The full range of printers from the premium quality, German manufacturer cab are now available from AML, including the highly innovative and revolutionary XC4 two colour thermal transfer label printer, and the XD4 double-sided printer.

The cab XC4 two colour thermal transfer label printer meets the new GHS classification and labelling obligations for chemicals and is the ideal choice for printing labels with splashes of colour on them, such as diamonds on chemical labels, or warning and hazard labels. It perfectly fills the gap between single colour thermal transfer label printers and multi-colour inkjet printers, and can fit label rolls of up to 12 inches.

Tony Mariani, AML’s Technical Director, says: “We have in-depth specialist knowledge of thermal printing with years’ of experience testing and sourcing the very best. The cab printers are an excellent new range of quality products, built to the highest standard, that offer versatile and custom thermal transfer labelling with two colours, which is of particular benefit to manufacturers who need to meet the new GHS legislation. The ability to print two colours with one printer is unusual and sure to be of real interest, and so we are delighted to be appointed a reseller of cab’s superior products.

“AM Labels takes great pride in offering customers tailored, individual service and sound technical advice, and cab is the perfect fit with our brand. Their strong technical features and build quality offer long lasting value.”
