AM Labels launches new and improved website

AM Labels Limited (AML), the labelling and bar coding specialist based in Kettering, Northamptonshire, is proud to present its revamped website, featuring a brand new streamlined design and improved purchasing process.

The new AML website is packed with thoughtful new features aimed at perfecting customer experience. These include an improved navigation system, with optimised product categories and search function, which allows the user to search by brands, keywords or product codes. Furthermore, the website now offers an enhanced guide section to help the client choose the best labels, printers or ribbons according to their needs.

An exciting development on the new AML website is the provision of live online help. Visitors to the site can use a very simple instant messaging service to get advice, recommendations or help with general enquiries, as and when it is needed.

Buying online, using the new AML website to buy printers, labels, software and ribbons, has never been easier. The website now offers a new and improved customer area with greater functionality, with the ability to include custom orders in your account details, and view your order history. The payment process is also far smoother, with fewer steps for the user, and minimal forms to fill out. A step by step graphic clearly shows how close the consumer is to completing the process.

Tony Mariani, Managing Director at AML, says: “The AML website is a key part of our business, as it provides visitors with a comprehensive introduction to our products, as well as being a valuable sales platform. We are very pleased with our new site, which has met our objective to be state of the art for our industry. It not only now boasts a host of incredibly helpful and useful features, but also has a fresh new look, making it the perfect reflection of our dedicated, knowledgeable and informed company.”
