AM Labels Launches Ultra-Fast NeuraLabel Colour Printer

Kettering based labelling and bar coding specialist, AM Labels Ltd., is proud to announce the launch of the ultra-fast NeuraLabel 300x colour label printer, which is capable of printing up to 20 inches per second.

The new NeuraLabel printer is engineered on well-proven HP inkjet technology, printing high quality, full colour labels at the remarkable speed of 508mm/second (20 inches per second).

The printer is designed to meet the needs of companies wishing to print medium to high volumes of good quality, full colour labels delivered in-house and on demand with the excellence that comes from professional printing. The printer offers a high print resolution of 2400 x1200 dpi, catering for a variety of print widths from 76 – 216 mm, and at the same time produces sharp, vibrant images on a wide selection of label media.

The NeuraLabel 300x uses water-resistant, pigment based ink, producing print which is both durable and fade resistant. Using approved label material, the printer is suitable for chemical labelling, which is GHS compliant and approved to BS5609.

The printer is able accept die cut labels (with a black mark), either fan folded or on rolls, as well as continuous media for finishing separately, or utilise die cut labels with a black mark.  A comprehensive range of media options are available from AM Labels Ltd., using their in-house label production facilities.

The NeuraLabel 300x also features an optional, high speed un-winder and re-winder for effortless roll to roll label printing.

Tony Mariani, Managing Director at AM Labels Ltd., says: “The NeuraLabel 300x is a remarkably fast, full colour label printer, which gives us the opportunity to offer a solution to companies wishing to print higher volumes of full colour labels.
