AM Labels to Showcase a Variety of Labelling Solutions at PPMA 2025

To demonstrate the versatility of its portfolio, AM Labels Limited is demonstrating its latest labelling solutions to visitors at the PPMA Show 2025 on stand A23. The AM Labels stand will feature a selection of colour label printers, from leading manufacturers, the latest automation equipment, and its Feeder Labeller, which is a unique combination of a wipe-on label applicator and automatic packet feeding system. Furthermore, AM Labels will be displaying the newest addition to its portfolio, the NeuraLabel Callisto colour label printer. The model can support print widths from 1 to 12 inches and boasts print speeds of up to 18 inches per second, producing full colour labels with a resolution of up to 1200 x 4800 dpi.

Taking place from 23rd to 25th September 2025 at the NEC, Birmingham, the PPMA Show provides a platform for visitors from diverse sectors to see the latest and most innovative processing and packaging machinery, alongside the newest developments in packaging design, materials and containers.

On stand A23 visitors can see demonstrations of the NeuraLabel Callisto colour label printer. The high-speed printer is ideal for producing labels for a variety of industries, including food and beverage, cosmetics and retail. Users can print labels on a wide range of media types including paper, vinyl, and synthetics using durable pigment inks. It benefits from an easy to use touch screen and is simple to integrate with label printing software. What’s more, when using approved label material, the printer is also suitable for GHS compliant chemical labelling.

AM Labels will also be displaying the Afinia X350 digital roll-to-roll label press at PPMA 2025. The X350 is designed for labels and flexible packaging and benefits from a powerful performance within a small footprint, meaning it is ideal in production areas where space is limited. Thanks to its 350 mm print width, large eight litre CMYK ink capacity with two litres per colour channel and print speeds of up to 29 inches per second, the X350 is suitable for high volume production requirements.

To highlight to visitors the quality of an Epson ColorWorks digital label printer, AM Labels will be providing demonstrations of the C8000 and C4000 models on its PPMA stand. The Epson C8000 offers enhanced print quality, which allows for the production of vibrant, high gloss images, and increased flexibility by supporting print widths from 1 to 4 inches. For businesses looking for a more compact solution, the Epson C4000 series printers boast improved colour matching functionality and maximum print speeds of up to four inches per second (100 mm), producing crisp, photo-quality labels, on-demand. Both matte and gloss ink versions are available from AM Labels.

The AM Labels stand will also feature the OKI Pro1050 five colour digital label printer, which offers the added benefit of printing in white, enabling greater design flexibility, as white can be used as a background on transparent and dark label materials, such as metallics.

Visitors to AM Labels’ stand will have the opportunity to get hands on with the latest automation equipment available from the company. Offering a wide range of applicators, and print and apply systems, AM Labels can advise visitors on the numerous benefits of enhancing their operations with automated solutions. AM Labels can supply applicators for an assortment of packaging needs required by numerous of industries to improve productivity, efficiency and cost effectiveness.

On display, for PPMA visitors, will be the LabelPack Panda print and apply system, which is combined with automation scanning. This is a high performance, industrial solution that is designed to be integrated with thermal transfer print engines. AM Labels will also be demonstrating its Feeder Labeller, which features the LabelPack Label X JR wipe-on applicator as a key component. The combined system can automate the feeding of packets, pouches, cartons and boxes, with the application of labels, in a single, seamless process and is the perfect solution for businesses in food, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods industries.
