Whirlpool Washing Machine Selected as Editor's Choice by TrustedReviews

The Whirlpool Supreme Care washing machine, the FSCR 12441, has been named a ‘star performer’ by TrustedReviews and selected as the editor’s choice. The team described it as a ‘thoroughly modern, very quiet and easy-to-use washer that offers great wash results and spectacularly low running costs’1.

It is always a tough call to choose a washing machine, especially if you are in a hurry when yours has given up. Reading recommendations and reviews can really help with your decision, and ensure you purchase an appliance that meets your exact needs.

The Whirlpool FSCR 12441 was awarded five stars for being a ‘fabulously efficient, well-featured washing machine with great cleaning results.’ TrustedReviews were particularly impressed with the Eco Cottons programme, which gave them the lowest energy and water use, per kilogram of washing, they’ve ever seen.

The washing machine was also praised for being ‘remarkably peaceful’. Thanks to ZENTechnologyfrom Whirlpool, which replaces the traditional belt drive with a directly coupled traction motor, vibration is significantly reduced, enabling average noise levels of just 48dB, ‘which is quieter than a library.’

What’s more, the FSCR 12441 can be controlled by the Whirlpool 6TH SENSE Live® app, which enables users to schedule washes and receive alerts. TrustedReviews recognised the use of the app and says: ‘most innovative is the app’s ability to synchronise the FSCR 12441 washer with the HSCX 10441 dryer.’

The testing team further commended the low running costs of the appliance, and said that the washing machine ‘more than delivers it’s ‘A+++ – 60%’ energy promise on the Eco Cottons programme, offering some of the lowest running costs we’ve ever seen.’
