AM Labels to Demonstrate its Diverse Portfolio of Labelling Solutions at Packaging Innovations 2025

AM Labels Limited will showcase the latest additions to its portfolio at Packaging Innovations and Empack 2025, highlighting to visitors how its labelling solutions can enhance their operations. AM Labels will provide visitors with live demonstrations of its versatile range of labelling equipment, including the Epson ColorWorks C8000 colour label printer, the Afinia Label X350 digital roll-to-roll press and automatic applicators from LabelPack.

Packaging Innovations and Empack, a leading trade show for the print and packaging industry, is taking place at the NEC in Birmingham on 12th and 13th February 2025. Visitors to the exhibition can discover the latest product launches and innovative solutions from over 400 of the industry’s leading suppliers and manufacturers.

On stand V34 at Packaging Innovations, AM Labels will explain and demonstrate the benefits of the Afinia Label X350 digital roll-to-roll press to visitors. The press is designed for labels and flexible packaging and benefits from a powerful performance with a small footprint, meaning it can fit seamlessly into production areas with limited space. Thanks to its 350 mm print width, large eight litre CMYK ink capacity with two litres per colour channel and print speeds of up to 29 inches per second, the X350 is ideal for high volume production requirements.

Visitors to AM Labels’ stand will have the opportunity to get hands on with the recently introduced Epson ColorWorks C8000 industrial colour label printer. The Epson C8000 offers enhanced print quality, which allows for the production of vibrant, high gloss images. It is compatible with a wide variety of materials, including matte and gloss paper, and synthetic label materials. The new ColorWorks printer is designed to meet the high-volume label production needs of businesses in a range of industries. AM Labels will also be displaying the Epson ColorWorks C4000 and C6500 label printers at Packaging Innovations and can advise visitors which model in the range is most suitable for their needs.

In addition to colour label printers, AM Labels will be exhibiting the latest automation equipment from its portfolio, explaining to visitors how the solutions can improve the productivity, efficiency and cost effectiveness of their operations. AM Labels can supply applicators for a range of packaging needs in a variety of industries. Its Packaging Innovations stand will feature the programmable, fully automatic, LabelPack Label X JR applicator and LabelPack COMPACT WA automatic bottle applicator, which can apply labels directly onto jars, bottles and cans. AM Labels will also be showcasing an automated packet feeding system, connected to the Label X JR wipe-on applicator.

Visitors to Packaging Innovations 2025 will be able to see the LabelPack Panda print and apply system in action. Designed to be integrated with thermal transfer print engines from various leading manufacturers including SATO, Zebra and TSC, the Panda print and apply solution utilises a motorised liner re-winder and features an anti-rotating linear applicator with a 300 mm stroke as standard. The high performance system is ideal for use by companies printing variable batches or those that require different labels to be attached to each product, such as in distribution or logistics sectors where businesses are printing and applying shipping labels. Furthermore, to provide customers with a sustainable solution, AM Labels also offers a linerless print and apply system.
