Epson ColorWorks C4000 colour label printer - Pharmaceutical

AM Labels Limited to Partner with Epson at Making Pharmaceuticals 2023

AM Labels Limited (AM Labels), an award-winning supplier of complete labelling solutions, including manufacturing and warehouse automation, robotics, barcoding and RFID systems, is exhibiting at Making Pharmaceuticals on Tuesday 25th and Wednesday 26th April 2023, on stand 712. The company will be teaming up with leading printing technology manufacturer Epson, to showcase the ColorWorks range of on-demand colour label printers.

Making Pharmaceuticals is one of the UK’s leading pharmaceutical exhibitions, covering a wide range of applications including processing, engineering, research, development, packaging, and labelling. During the two-day event, which is taking place at the Coventry Building Society Arena, visitors will have the opportunity to explore many of the latest, most innovative products and developments available to businesses operating in the pharmaceutical sector. The AM Labels and Epson stand will be located in the Ingredients & Raw Materials Zone, while guests will also have five other zones to explore including the Laboratory Zone, the Processing & Machinery Zone and the Manufacturing & Packaging Zone.

On stand 712, AM Labels will be joined by members of the Epson team to explain and demonstrate how businesses can take control of their label printing requirements by bringing their operations in-house. The Epson ColorWorks range of on-demand, inkjet colour label printers provides a flexible and cost effective solution to pharmaceutical labelling. Not only can colour label printers from Epson enhance the quality and readability of vital information displayed on pharmaceutical labels, including patient details and dosage instructions, they can also improve traceability and minimise errors and operational risks, while promoting patient safety.

In addition to reducing costs, the Epson ColorWorks range prints high resolution text and barcodes without compromising on readability, even when small fonts are required. Furthermore, the easy-to-operate printers produce large quantities of labels on-demand, while offering businesses the flexibility to respond instantly to regulation changes.

Visitors attending Making Pharmaceuticals 2023 will have the opportunity to see the ColorWorks range in action on the AM Labels and Epson stand. For example, the entry-level Epson C4000 Series colour label printer, which is the latest addition to the ColorWorks range and is ideal for businesses with small to mid-volume labelling requirements, will be demonstrated during the two-day event. The C4000 Series is a highly cost-effective model, combining a four-inch print width with a small footprint. For companies requiring larger pharmaceutical labels and faster print speeds, higher volume models with a range of additional features, such as the Epson C6000 Series and the C7500 colour label printer, will also be showcased on stand 712.

AM Labels stocks the full Epson ColorWorks range and, in addition to being an Epson Gold Partner, has also received the prestigious Epson ColorWorks Partner of the Year Award for two consecutive years. AM Labels offers product demonstrations and free printed label samples at its newly opened, state-of-the-art Technical Experience Centre in Northamptonshire, where businesses across the country can trial a range of the latest and most innovative labelling, barcoding, robotics and RFID technology.

Brendon Bass, Sales and Marketing Manager, AM Labels Limited comments: “We are delighted to be teaming up and exhibiting with Epson at Making Pharmaceuticals 2023. For businesses operating in the pharmaceutical industry, patient safety is paramount. As a result, when it comes to the labelling of products, devices or solutions used for medical purposes, clear, consistent and highly accurate labels are essential. The Epson ColorWorks range offers a variety of solutions that can support businesses of all sizes in improving and streamlining their labelling operations, and we are thrilled to be presenting the innovative range of printers to visitors at the exhibition.”
