Epson ColorWorks C4000 colour label printer - AM Labels

AM Labels to Preview New Epson C4000 Series at the Food & Drink Expo 2022

AM Labels, an award-winning supplier of complete labelling solutions including manufacturing and warehouse automation, barcoding and RFID systems, is exhibiting at the Food & Drink Expo from 25th to 27th April 2022, on stand M179.

AM Labels will be showcasing an exclusive preview of the new Epson ColorWorks C4000 colour label printer, showing how it produces high quality and vibrant personalised labels via a tablet, thanks to the printer’s enhanced wireless connectivity option. As part of the demonstration, visitors to AM Labels’ stand will have the opportunity to enter an exciting prize draw to win an Epson C4000 colour label printer, the winner of which will be announced after the exhibition.

The new Epson C4000 Series, which is available in either a gloss version (bk) or matte (mk) version, is a compact, durable and intuitive colour label printer that is ideal for businesses that require labels with crisp, photo-quality images and barcodes. In addition to offering print speeds of up to four inches per second, the 1200 dpi range provides the capacity for high quality, high resolution four-colour printing, as well as improved colour matching functionality. The C4000 Series is easy to integrate, and connect, into existing workflows, thanks to its advanced software development kit for IOS & Android, as well as offering wireless connectivity to provide users with increased levels of flexibility.

Regulations concerning the way in which food is packaged and labelled is a key concern for businesses in the industry, particularly since the introduction of Natasha’s Law in October 2021. Natasha’s Law requires companies to clearly display all ingredients and allergens on any foods that are pre-packed for direct sale on the premises, as well as requiring allergens to be emphasised, such as in bold or italics, while also adhering to minimum font size requirements.

AM Labels can supply a range of products to support businesses in creating high quality, fully compliant food and drink labels, from entry level desktop printers to heavy duty, industrial models. During the three-day exhibition, the company will be demonstrating a variety of these models on its stand, including the Epson C6000 Series and the Primera LX610e colour label printer, in addition to the Afinia A200 bottle label applicator. AM Labels also offers a variety of software packages that can assist businesses in creating labels that are fully compliant with Natasha’s Law, including bespoke, personalised solutions. The company’s friendly and knowledgeable team will also be on hand during the Food & Drink Expo to provide advice and guidance to businesses.

Brendon Bass, Sales and Marketing Manager, AM Labels Limited says: “We’re thrilled to be exhibiting at the Food & Drink Expo this year. Visitors to our stand will have the benefit of viewing an exclusive preview of the new Epson C4000 Series. Thanks to its advanced connectivity options, increased ink capacity and competitive price point compared to other similar models available on the market, the C4000 is an innovative development in the labelling industry, and we look forward to communicating its many benefits with visitors at the exhibition. In addition, there will be an opportunity for all visitors to enter our exciting competition to win an Epson C4000 Series.

“At AM Labels, we use our wealth of knowledge, and expertise, to support businesses in creating high quality food and drink labels that comply with the range of regulations that exist to keep consumers safe. We will be welcoming both existing, and prospective, customers to our stand during the show and demonstrating a variety of products from our portfolio that can help businesses extend and improve their in-house labelling capabilities.”
