To make life easier, the Wi-Fi enabled Whirlpool 6TH SENSE Live® Supreme NoFrost fridge freezer, the BSNF 8993/PB, can be controlled from anywhere, by an app on your smartphone or tablet. The 6TH SENSE Live® app allows you to adjust and monitor settings. You can activate special functions, such as Fast Cooling, which allows you to set to cool quickly on a very hot day. The app also gives hints and tips on food storage and advice on easy maintenance.
Particularly useful throughout the summer months, when keeping track of the items stored in your fridge is the last thing on your mind, the app’s Shopping List function allows you to create a food inventory and avoid unnecessary food wastage by notifying you when expiry dates are approaching.
The Wi-Fi-enabled Supreme NoFrost fridge freezer is also the perfect companion for barbeques and garden parties. To save you worrying about cooling drinks quickly, the fridge is cleverly equipped with the Party Mode feature, which calculates the exact time it takes to chill your favourite drinks and notifies you when they reach the optimum temperature. The innovative freezer also has a Quick Ice compartment, which can make two trays of ice cubes in just 30 minutes, giving you no excuse to run out of ice at your next gathering.
The Whirlpool Grand Side by Side cooling pair, the SW8 AM2C XR and the UW8 F2C XB, boast an outstanding net capacity of 620 litres. The cooling pair allows you to comfortably store the contents of up to 23 shopping bags of food1, ideal for fitting in all of the chilled and frozen delights that your summer party demands.
The refrigerator, the SW8 AM2C XR, is fully equipped with Whirlpool’s 6TH SENSE® FreshControl technology that automatically monitors the temperature and humidity, creating the ideal conditions for storing food. This allows fresh food to be preserved for up to four times longer2, so there is no need to do your shopping at the last minute and stress yourself out. In addition, when the door has been opened, the refrigerator will restore its temperature to the correct setting five times faster2.
The Grand Side by Side cooling pair is also equipped with Whirlpool’s Eco Night programme, which helps you save energy, by optimising performance and energy consumption, allowing you to spend less on your energy bills this summer and more on doing the things you love.
If you prefer a swish built-in model, then the Whirlpool premium built-in refrigeration pair, the ARG 18083/A++ and the AFB 1843/A+NF, can be coupled together to emulate the must-have side-by-side. Organising the net 528 litre capacity is easy thanks to the flexible and intelligent internal design of the pair. The interior has seven glass shelves, of which five are adjustable, and there are five generous door balconies. The energy efficient LED lighting system affords better visibility, space management, and reduced energy consumption too.
The cooling pair also features 6TH SENSE® FreshControl and FreezeControl technology, preserving the quality and colour of your summer treats for longer and reducing freezer burn.
