Whirlpool is exhibiting at Eurocucina, Milan 2010

Whirlpool Corporation, the world’s leading manufacturer of major home appliances will be exhibiting at the International Furniture Fair in Milan, in the Eurocucina section, from the 14th to 19th April 2010.

The Whirlpool brand stand will present three concept areas displaying the latest ranges of appliances reiterating the company’s uncompromising attention to cutting-edge, design-driven and eco-sustainable products.

The Green Kitchen and the Green Generation zone will feature Whirlpool’s green vision and values with an insight into the environmentally responsible design and technology that will improve the quality of life and help the environment. It will demonstrate the kitchen of our immediate future, building the concept of eco-sustainability into appliances that interact with each other, boosting energy and water efficiency savings to levels of up to 70%.

The Fusion area focuses on the use of high performance materials demonstrating Whirlpool’s art of creating and moulding innovative materials that add great aesthetic value to an appliance. A new finish to stainless steel will be revealed that remains unscathed through the passage of time.

There will be a dedicated area for KitchenAid flaunting their latest designs and finishes, and finally, in contrast, there will be an exciting area of colour! Ovens, hobs and refrigerators will celebrate the glamour of colour. Glossy and exhilarating hues will surprise and capture the attention, designed to enhance the clear-cut design of the appliances on display.
