Whirlpool washing machines score highly in Which? magazine testing

Whirlpool, the world’s leading manufacturer of major home appliances* has scored highly for its range of washing machines in a recent report from consumer champion, Which?

Whirlpool washing machines have been praised for their excellent results on cotton washes and overall performance in a report that appeared in the January 2013 issue.

The Whirlpool WWCR 9230 Green Generation washing machine has been awarded Best Buy status. Which? stated that the appliance will keep bills lower than most other 9kg washing machines. The Whirlpool WWDC 7410 was described as great value and ‘Worth A Look’ for small households by the Which? team. Finally, the WWDC 7210 was featured in the ‘Best Under £400’ section, receiving five stars for energy use and its cleaning ability on cottons.

Whirlpool is dedicated to ensuring its washing machine technology offers the consumer unrivalled results alongside attainable pricing. The clever 6th Sense® technology recognises the size of the load and adjusts the resources accordingly, for perfect results and minimal energy consumption.

Juliana Sado, Brand Marketing Manager for Whirlpool, says: “Which? offers the consumer unbiased advice alongside honest product testing and reviews. It is a real achievement that so many of our washing machines have been recommended by Which? We strive to listen to our customers to ensure our products are designed to meet with consumers’ needs and desires.”
