These Three Rooms – Large bathroom with classic and industrial style

If you’re planning on giving your bathroom a fresh new makeover and are on the lookout for some inspiration, then this piece from These Three Rooms is a must read. As well as taking us on a tour of a super spacious bathroom renovation (which surprisingly began its life as a kitchen in a property originally used as office space), the article explains just how to recreate this flawless combination of industrial glam in our own homes.

The bathroom’s white walls, chimney breast with exposed brickwork and navy feature wall complement each other perfectly, keeping the room feeling spacious while giving it a glamourous edge. The furniture and fittings are further examples of an amalgamation of different styles that work together perfectly. The rustic workbench, which acts as a sink unit, provides character and an industrial edge, the freestanding bath and brass accents add a glamourous touch, and the plants and accessories make the room feel cosy and welcoming. If you’re a fan of walk in showers then look no further. Complete with Victorian-style monochrome tiles and brass fittings, this spacious shower enclosure is bound to inspire!

So if you have a few minutes to spare over the weekend, then be sure to give this article a read and prepare yourselves for some serious bathroom envy. Don’t say we didn’t warn you!

Good Homes – 5 ways to bring the bouclé trend to your living room

We love a new trend here at jmm PR, especially one as soft and cosy as bouclé! Also known as ‘teddy’ fabric because it has a similar feel to that of our favourite bears, bouclé (pronounced boo-clay) is one of the latest interior design trends. According to Good Homes, the fabric is taking Instagram by storm and this article shows some of the best ways you can add the chic textile to your home.

The colours in this article are very neutral, which gives a calm and sophisticated look. However, Good Homes mentions that bouclé can be found in dyed colours too. We’re not surprised to see an item from Dunelm in this article, as the ‘teddy’ fabric has been a staple in the home furnishing store for quite some time. We often notice ‘teddy’ cushions, throws and accessories in an array of colours when browsing the aisles in Dunelm, and even own a bouclé item or two ourselves!

Our favourite item in this article has to be the ‘statement armchair’. A bouclé armchair is a great way to add texture to a room and is perfect for creating an eye-catching focal point. We’ll certainly be keeping our eyes out for all things bouclé on Instagram from now on!
